Shipping & Delivery

At Omnah, we are committed to not only delivering our products in a timely manner, but also in packaging that preserves and compliments the quality of our exquisite handmade products. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Shipping within India 

1. Omnah offers free shipping across India;
2. For delivering within India, Omnah delivers its products through its delivery partner, DTDC;
3. Delivery timelines may vary between 3-7 business days (excluding Saturday(s), Sunday(s) and Public Holiday(s)), depending on the location in India, and are further subject to weather conditions, strikes, transport delays and other factors which are beyond Omnah’s control; 
4. For certain remote locations in India, our delivery partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be required to bear such a surcharge, should the same be levied by our delivery partner.
   

International Shipping

1. International shipping costs are based on the actual cost charged to Omnah, and is assessed largely on the basis of the volumetric weight and size of the package;
   
2. Omnah has partnered with several reputed international courier services, such as DHL, FedEx and Aramex;
   
3. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees;

Order Tracking:

Order tracking details for both, deliveries within India and internationally, will be provided by email (on the email ID provided by the customer at the time of checkout) upon an order being placed and confirmed by Omnah.

Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
